On my work desk today...[WOYWW147]

I'm making a used tea bag paper book for a friend. Here's a peek at one page:

Here's the tea bag as I am working on it. When folded the book has a front and back cover with two sheets (four pages) within:

While I work I am being watched by the 'crew' ~ these puppets are my best critics!

This is what they see when they look down so seriously. My workspace. My favourite materials it seems, are india ink, coloured pencils, watercolor and used tea bag paper.

Thanks for dropping in. For more views of other's work desks, have a peek at Julia's blog, What Is On Your Workdesk Wednesday. See you soon, I hope! *smiles* Norma

Love your tea bag art! And the puppets - wow, I love that area. I see you keep your colored pencils separated. Do you mix watercolor pencils with regular color pencils?

  7. Oh, I just love the tea bag idea ... so organic ... just up my alley. And, I love your workspace, kinda like mine .... and I love to work with colored pencils, ink, acrylics and watercolor .... plus anything I can get my hands on for embellishing.

I love the gal on the top of your blog ... gee, I wish I could do that!

Love and Light to ALL !

  8. Nice work desk, love the puppets and your new header rocks! xox Corrine

  9. Fab teabag project, though I did think at first you were using a teabag to stain a project! Then I realised! Take care & enjoy snooping the WOYWW desks, it's now Thursday but I'm still nosing! Zo xx 74
