Gotta work on those Js and WOYWW[159]

Calligraphy 101
Practice, practice, practice!!
This morning I am at the breakfast table practicing pen strokes. I started with my beloved india ink but then decided I didn't want to waste it on practice so switched to a more generic type of ink.
Practicing is boring, boring, boring!
Thanks for popping by. To see more wonderful work spaces of those playing in the WOYWW hosted by the one and only fabulous Julia, just follow the link to her blog and she'll guide you to them. See you soon I hope, *smiles* Norma

  1. What kind of writing? Is that a calligraphy? And I really like your serving tray with drink. Tea or Coffee?

Your handwriting looks great to me so that practicing is paying off.

When your free come play at my desk.

  19. Hi Norma thanks for popping in to see me. Is that a Turkish coffee I see? My husband is a fan. We have the little coffee pots hanging in our BBQ. What a great way to take the boring out of the practice. Hugs from Helen 107

  20. Well see Norma, if my practicing turned out so nice, it would be like making backgrounds while learning...your script is already lovely. Am also a teeny bit impressed by the trouble you take over your cuppa!
