Halloween Witch

She is waiting to be made. Her bits and pieces surround her earlier today.

She stands made. Looking out of the gothic window at who knows what? A magic pumpkin coach arriving to take her to a party perhaps.

At the window in the next room a bride catches her breath.

Thanks for dropping by to see what I am working on today. To see other fantastic artists pop on over to this site. Every Wednesday it is a party!

  2. Absolutely brilliant - I love this!! The interesting thing is that the girl just looks like a normal girl in the before pictures, but cannot be anything other than a witch in the after ones. Just the right amount of haughtiness - quite frankly, the bride looks extremely nervous!! And so she should be....
Great work, look forward to seeing what you do next :D

  10. Julia, it's cute isn't it! BECAUSE of the picture itself. Those 'dover' books that abound are chock full of images. Cut it out (whatever image you fancy) and then just go nuts with adding things. I just 'copied' the hat idea from something I saw online, and also the other embellishments on her. And truth be told I 'copied' the whole complete idea of the gothic shape from a blog post I came across a few days ago. I loved the visual so much I dropped everything and simply copied it. I blogged it and did give a link to the original! Thanks for putting together such a wonderful experience as is WOYWW! *smiles* Norma
